Our guesthouse ‚Unterm Berg’ with its restaurant Dubrovnik is one of the oldest buildings of Oberau. As the name implies, it is located at the Ettaler submontane. Today our building has modern, generous guestrooms available with shower, toilet and hair-dryer and partly Tv and a balcony. Some rooms form an apartment with a floor bathroom. They are especially suitable for groups. You will start the day with a comfortable breakfast and well starched for a day trip. Will it be a hike, bicycle tour, castle sightseeing etc. The starting point can’t be better. In winter the ski lift is just right behind the house and it will take just a few minutes to the loipes. It’s also just a stone’s throw to the big ski regions in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Austria. When you come back from an eventfully day, the restaurant is available. Regardless of whether you are in the mood for mediterranean barbecue delicacy or seasonal regional finesse, on our menu every palatine will be found.
