The Farchant alp is in summer an in winter a rewarding place of excursion, not only because of the beautiful view to the wetterstein mountain with the Alpspitze and Zugspitze. In summer touring cyclists and mountainbiker can feel good, in winter there is a tobaggan run and a cross-countryloipe, as well as the opportunity for Bavarian curling and ice skating. There is also a Ski lift within spitting distance, besides a golf course in three kilometres distance.
